Please note that the discounted rate for attendance at HILA events only applies to the named individual members and any 5 employees/representatives elected by the company/firm/organisation to attend as a corporate member. The preferred method of payment is a cheque issued in the name of “Hong Kong Insurance Law Association Limited”. Online transfer to the HILA bank account is available upon prior agreement by HILA or if the online payment is swiftly followed by an emailed notification to the HILA Secretariat. Please note that an event registration is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment and, during this interim period, HILA reserve the right to re-allocate your place without notice. Once payment has been received by HILA in respect of event attendance fees, a refund will only be issued for cancellation where notice of cancellation is received by HILA no less than 7 working days prior to the event.*** HILA will not be able to issue a refund thereafter on account of the fact that costs will have already been incurred. *** Please note that HILA may occasionally impose stricter conditions in respect of cancellations for a particular event. Accordingly, we advise interested parties to refer to the relevant flyer or seek confirmation from HILA at the time of registration.
